Looks like a 57cm 1974 or 75 Gitane Tour De France. Only the 3 main tubes were Reynolds 531 tubing during those years.
Gitane measured their frames from center of the BB to top of the seat tube.
Their sizes were 50cm, 54cm, 57cm, 60cm, 62cm and 64cm. All sizes were "nominal" (approximate).
This is my 57cm 1974 TdF.
Here's a 54cm TdF.
The Svelto was a low end first generation all steel Huret derailleur.
Second Generation Svelto.
The Challenger derailleurs work FAR better!
