If I were AC, I wouldn't take any trips to the country any time soon. It seems his favored defense is causing the Spanish Beef Industry to react...and not in a positive fashion to his claims of "tainted beef."

This could cause some real problems for his defense, specially because the drug in question has apparently been banned in Spain for use in beef cattle and the industry is saying they are highly regulated (as a result of the mad-cow scare).

"Contador’s claims have caused quite a stir in the Spanish beef industry, however, which insists the drug is also banned for use in cattle and has not been used in years.

Spanish officials closely regulate the origin of beef, in part to combat an outbreak of mad cow disease 10 years ago, so there is some effort under way to try to find out where the animals were raised in an attempt to discover if they were fed products that might contain clenbuterol."

I hope this case is closed soon with a clear verdict... Which is unlikely.

Basso, Vino, Ricco, Danilo... No rejoice for 2011.

... And 3 less for Wisey.

Now would be good time for pro riders to go on strike and take their responsabilities.

Contador is clean
Ricco is half dead
Valverde is training again
Frank Schleck didn't get his 6 000€ back from Dr Fuentes

Shall I continue ?

Problems persist, eh? Same crap, different day. these guys are determined to either (1) chase away every sponsor or (2) force us all to accept doping as part of it.

So Riis says that Contador has never been stronger……….

……….. does he mean 60% stronger?
