Welcome to the Forum.
Frame is probably a 1974 to 1976 Gitane Tour de France frame. The 3 main tubes are Reynolds 531 the rest is standard tubing.
The components are not original and it looks like it was pretty rusty before it was repainted.
It should be sandblasted and carefully inspected for rust damage before repainting. |
