Not sure how well this will go over but, I really want to add ebay item 180349058409 to my collection.

This technique/edict has worked for Sandman before, not sure I can get away with the same request but I am giving it a shot.

Thanks,

Todd

I think those are being sold by Baron Corpuz from Rennaisance cycles (Cafe de Velo). He still has them available, but they are $17.99 for two.

Oh...and I mention ebay auctions to throw down the gauntlet! Wink Just kidding, of course. I just like it when someone on this list wins stuff on ebay, and don't feel like bidding stuff up against people that are members of this list...as long as someone in the "family" has it, I am good with it.

Just an FYI:

Stephan,
You are correct. cascarsi77 is one of Barons eBay seller ID's. He just started this one.

Todd,
Also of note: these appear to be the mid 80's TA #201 bottles. Not having the TA in the listing description may hold the bidding down.

Todd,

Here's what I've done with eBay items that I'm interested in:

I post a link to the item in the Forum with a note that I'm bidding on it and requesting that if anyone else wants it too let me know so that we don't into a bidding war.

... or "HANDS OFF" like Stephan did on his shoes. Twisted Evil

Chas.

Chas.' method is only slightly more diplomatic.

I guess I could have done a Wisey Vader image with a snappy phrase about using the force on you.

Feel free to "lift" it. One day I'll do a good one in photoshop, and one of Boba Fett as well. But he may ba a Renault man rather than Systeme U. Wink

Photoshop is so 2006. Besides, it is so much easier to get a kid to put on a costume that spend hours with photoshop.

This forum has taken a turn for the surreal. I fear we have crossed some sort of line....
