Wisey - I'd be interested in a copy also. Be great for the winter training sessions.

Wisey,
I found the image of the cover on the intenet. But I'm not sure it's the whole cover. I'll post it tomorrow. |

Is this the one you have at home ?

That's the one! Very cool. Stay tuned, I'll see about burning some DVDs. |

Wisey,
I'll be on holiday from tomorrow untill the 21st of August so I won't be able to react on your posts concerning the DVD. I don't know when you'll start copying it but you know I want one. |

Sorry guys. I haven't started yet. We're doing some renovations to the house at the moment, so I haven't managed to dig it out of storage yet. Will keep you posted. I might actually burn one copy and send it to one of you to check that there are no 'region' problems with the DVD's. |

120 more pics this time, including some rare ones : press photo OP with Hinault in 1980, Greg's last sprint for the win in the Dauphiné 1994, among others...
Also, I bumped into Thierry Marie last june and thought I'd add him on one of my jerseys...!
Call me a show off...I don't mind |

Update:
Sorry, it's been ages since I let you know what has been going on.
Our renovations are done (except for a bit of painting) and I got into the storage cupboard and found this video.
I just bought a video capture card and will get it done soon. However.......
I have been advised by a tech savvy friend of mine that I will need to use different types of DVDs depending on the region to which the DVD is going. In addition to this, the US uses NTSC format, while we have PAL. I have no idea about Europe.
Solution: I can also just record this an an MPEG (or similar) file. Then I find a file sharing site (like the pictures on this website), upload it, then anyone can download it to their computer. If you then want to go to the trouble of burning to DVD, you can do so, or just watch on your computer.
What do people think? The only issue I see is if the file sharing sites don't like the copyright issues. I could also save to a USB drive and post that in the snail mail......... |

For me, it's up to you : I have managed to get rid of the region codes on my DVD player and most european TVs play both Pal & NTSC formats.
File sharing is fine too but I see your point regarding copyrights... |

I was browsing the 'net for jersey's - my last name starts with Z so I thought a replica Team Z jersey would be kind of fun.
I found this website in the UK that links to Nicolas' Greg Lemond site. Kind of cool I thought.

I was watching the Winter Olympics yesterday and saw a spectator wearing a long sleeve winter jersey/jacket that was the LeMond World Champ Team Z jersey. Cool, huh? |
